Lakefront Tranquillity at Boreen Point – Multi-Level Nature Retreat

Enjoy your stay at this unique and character-filled lakefront home, one of the oldest buildings in Boreen Point, offering a charming “treehouse-style” feel immersed in nature. This peaceful retreat is designed for relaxation, space, and a close connection to the lake environment.

The home is spread over three levels, connected by an internal spiral staircase, with each level also able to function independently.

The upper level features one queen bedroom, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. A covered deck overlooks the lake and surrounding treetops.

The mid-level is the heart of the home, offering a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, gas stove, dining and lounge area, indoor fireplace, WiFi, and Smart TV. It opens onto a covered deck with outdoor dining space.

The ground level is a self-contained apartment with private entrance, queen bedroom, kitchenette, open-plan lounge and dining, bathroom, and outdoor living area. A covered external laundry is also provided.

The mid and upper levels can be rented separately, and the downstairs apartment is available independently during low season only.

Located just one minute from Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club and Boreen Point main beach, the area is ideal for sailing, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Access north leads to the Noosa Everglades and south to the Noosa River system.

Noosa’s beaches, cafés, and restaurants are a scenic 30-minute drive away, with Tewantin only 15 minutes for supplies and services.

Linen and bath towels are provided, with beds made up for arrival. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels.

The property is supplied by UV-filtered rainwater, which is safe for use; however, occasional natural discolouration may occur due to tannins from surrounding vegetation.

Pets are welcome (additional cleaning fee of $20 per booking applies).
