Ascend the internal staircase to reach the snug third bedroom and the rooftop terrace. This incredible outdoor living space wraps around two sides of the apartment, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful Noosa River and its canals. WiFi is available, allowing you to unwind on the outdoor lounge in the shade or utilise the gas BBQ and dining table to enjoy alfresco dining while watching boats glide by.

This apartment comfortably accommodates six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Ground Floor:
- Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, ceiling fan, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower, plus a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed and ceiling fan.
- Bathroom: Shower and toilet.
UPPER LEVEL:
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed and access to the rooftop balcony and BBQ area with splendid water views.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
- Laundry equipped with a washing machine.
- Linen is provided, and beds will be made for your arrival. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
- Street parking is available on Peza Court.
LOCATION:
Just across the road, you’ll find the picturesque Bicentennial Park with its sandy river beach and calm waters. Alternatively, take a short stroll around the corner (240m) to Quamby Place, where you can discover iconic restaurants like Ricky’s and Rock Salt. A few minutes’ walk (or 280m) will take you to stop 6 of the Noosa Ferry, an excellent way to explore Noosa’s waterways and reach Hastings Street, where you can hop on and off to explore waterfront attractions.
Iconic Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are 1.5km away via a flat pathway. Alternatively, head in the opposite direction along Noosa Parade, less than 2km from your apartment, and you’ll find Gympie Terrace and the Noosa River promenade, filled with cafes, restaurants, and a plethora of water sports activities to enjoy.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. A reminder that ‘check out’ is no later than 10.00am and ‘check in’ is not before 2.00pm. Please note, This is a strict non-smoking property and pets are not permitted.
