The newly renovated kitchen is finished to a high standard and fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, electric cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer — ideal for both short stays and extended getaways. The open-plan dining area comfortably seats six and flows into the inviting living space featuring a wide-screen HD TV, free Wi-Fi and a split-system air-conditioner for year-round comfort.

Three private balconies extend the living experience outdoors, offering tranquil outlooks over the pool, glimpses of the Noosa River, and views across Noosa Parade — perfect for embracing the relaxed riverside atmosphere.

Our fully self-contained holiday home includes a complete kitchen and laundry, quality linen and bath towels, with beds beautifully prepared on arrival. A complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper and detergents is provided for your first night. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Longer winter escape stays are warmly welcomed, with special reduced rates available for extended stays of one to three months — perfect for soaking up Noosa’s mild winter and relaxed riverside lifestyle.
